1. What Vedicshastra is
Vedicshastra is an entertainment + cultural-guidance service. We use AI to generate astrology, tarot, numerology, and panchang readings based on inputs you provide. Readings are for guidance only and are not professional advice on medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship decisions. Use them as one input among many.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person, one account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Credits and payments
Most features cost credits, which you purchase in INR via Razorpay. Pricing is displayed at checkout. Credits do not expire as long as your account is active. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
Refunds. Unused credits can be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days of purchase, minus any payment-processing fees. Credits already spent on a reading (the model has run, an answer was returned) are not refundable. For technical errors (e.g. a reading failed to generate), the spent credits are automatically refunded to your wallet.
4. Acceptable use
- No abuse, harassment, or hateful content directed at the AI or other users.
- No attempts to extract the underlying prompts or impersonate astrologers.
- No automated scraping of readings.
- No use of the service to make predictions you then represent as professional advice to third parties.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
Astrology, tarot, and numerology readings reflect classical interpretive traditions informed by your inputs. They are not deterministic predictions of the future. We make no warranty that any reading will be accurate, complete, or fit any particular purpose.
6. Intellectual property
Readings generated for you (the text, the chart visualization, the PDF) are yours to use personally. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them at scale. The platform itself — the code, design, prompts, persona system — remains our property.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, pause, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Vedicshastra is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
